VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION PROCESS (OVERVIEW)
The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on 10 November 2025, made a Declaration of Solvency and approved the proposal for initiating Voluntary Liquidation in accordance with Section 59 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, subject to the approval of the members.
Subsequently, an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) was convened on 20 November 2025, wherein the members approved the voluntary liquidation of the Company and passed a Special Resolution for commencement of the Voluntary Liquidation Process. The members further appointed Ducturus Resolution Professionals Pvt. Ltd., through its Director Ms. Sunita, bearing Registration No. IBBI/IPE-0026/IPA-1/2022-23/50040, as the Liquidator for the said purpose.
Additionally, as required under the provisions governing voluntary liquidation, the Company obtained a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from its sole creditor prior to initiating the process.
In compliance with Regulation 14 of the IBBI (Voluntary Liquidation Process) Regulations, 2017, the Liquidator has duly made the public announcement inviting stakeholders to submit their claims within the prescribed timeline. The public announcement has been published in Financial Express (English) and Jansatta (Hindi)on 22.11.2025. Copies of the publications have been uploaded for the reference of all stakeholders.
